Underground torture chambers, Cell V…   
 
“You’re resistance to intense pain is quite admirable.” The torturer smugly said as blue light shone off his eyes. The torturer looked rather young, maybe in his twenties. Yet his youth was only half given, for he too looked like an ancient bag of rotten bones. His hair receded, his eyes seemingly devoid of life. Mouth harbored a dentist’s worst nightmare. He spoke with an unmistakable Hispanic accent, yet made no real strides in getting his wordplay understandable.

Third floor, detention center. Letters block H.   
 
Sectran landed face first against the cold hard floor, causing a loud thud as bone, armor, and metal struck the cement surface with all the force expected from gravity.  Sectran was the first to strike ground. But as much as the young man would have loved to have the opportunity to flip himself upright before touchdown, he miserably failed on his intended action, causing him to instead strike the cement floor painfully with his face.  Edgar, on the other hand, mimicked exactly what Sectran had planned to do by landing on his left h Act one, Chapter two.

Fortress courtyard…   
 
A thick veil of darkness covered the courtyard, making it the ideal location to sneak around undetected. There weren’t many guards posted, and those who were seemed just about ready to hit the hay after a long, boring day on the job.  
Little wonder than no one noticed the swift shadow that wondered among them all. It wasn’t everyday that the base even got new inmates. That was one of the reasons why it was kept so understaffed. But none of that mattered now; no one even saw the end arrive.

Nighttime arrived swiftly and without warning. It blanketed the woods and mountains all around in a dark and impenetrable veil, transforming everything mundane into sinister shadows of itself. The moon was about halfway formed into a crescent. The sky danced with bright starlight. There were no clouds in sight, turning the night sky Act one, Chapter zero.

I am on a borrowed computer, so I'll make this quick.

I no longer have internet, so I won't be posting or replying for a while. I will continue to work on my story, but in all sincerity, I don't know when I'll post next.

I've got bad news to all who read this. Turns out it isn't my internet that its in the frits (though it too has problems) its actually my entire computer. Why? well, because it freaking died for good. Now I have no system to write on, and I only managed to salvage but a fraction of all that I had ever written. *SIGH* Looks like I have to start anew again.

I have no computer, and it's too much of a mess to try and borrow my friend's comp every damn time. So I regret to say that until I find a stable system to work on, I will be gone. How long? I don't know. I really hate to leave everything I have ever worked on unfinished, but until further notice, there will be nothing.

In case I don't come back for a while, I would like to thank everyone who has given me support here on this site. You guys were the reason I kept on writing.

Farewell, till we meet again. Hopefully it will be soon.
